My Sennheisers were moulting and I wanted to save them! This was the first time I (sort of) made my own pattern, save for those easy projects that required me to knit and seam rectangular pieces. Message me for the pattern if anyone is interested.
So happy with the outcome, they fit better than I expected! They were quick to knit: I finished the first one within a 3-hour car ride, and the other over a very long lunch. It would’ve been faster if I didn’t have to figure out dimensions and stitches along the way. It only makes sense that I knitted the second one in half the time as the first.
I used Cleckheaton’s 8-ply, lilac yarn with multi-colored specks — from the same skein as Ellie’s elf-like baby bonnet. I knitted in the round on my favorite 6 US circular needles. The pattern begins with a simple rib, followed by a row of “windows” so that my earphones can breathe, and ends with a spiraling, starfish center. The best thing about handmade is… it’s one of a kind!
Her Name is Zan, She’s of american and chinese decent. She’s bacially my own mascot. A friend of My other character, griffin boy.
no one really know where she came from, but people always known her for her carefree ways. She doesn’t take shit from no one and loves to ware what she wants to wear, She’s a street child.Since She has a strong sense of self justice, if she sees someone being cruel to someone else she’ll have the urge to beat the crap out of them.Oh yeah, she loves music and loves to wear her headphones everywhere :D just like me lol.
She’s basically someone I would be if I was in a fictional world *_*My other personal sort of.
More back story later.
Late night quick portrait of Robin. I find drawing busts to be very relaxing.
Now before everyone asks, yes, I am still manufacturing the headphones. Please understand that the process is very complicated and can take a long time. I have no idea exactly when they’ll be ready for order but they will be made.
Also, I’ll probably open up for commission again next week~
